Chinese President Xi signs order to reward athletes, coaches in Military World Games

Chinese President Xi Jinping, who is also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC), signed an order on October 28 to reward the Chinese athletes and coaches that participated in the 7th Military World Games in Wuhan, central China.

Introduction: There are 35 venues and facilities serving the 7th CISM Military World Gams. The sites for 33 stadiums, one athletes' village, and one media center are located in four areas: Houhu, WEDZ, Optics Valley, and Huangjiahu. 17 of these projects involved renovating existing venues and facilities, which will be available for public use after the Games.
