On July 22, Fortune magazine published the ranking of the 500 largest companies in the world. Three Wuhan-headquartered companies, namely, Xiaomi, Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., and China Baowu Steel Group Co., Ltd., were listed.
Xiaomi, the youngest company on the list, stands at 468th, marking its debut among the world’s top 500 for the first time. Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., ranks 82nd, and China Baowu Steel Group Co., Ltd., also ranks well to the 149th.
