Wuhan to launch 3 international flights in May

Three air routes are set to be launched in May between Wuhan, capital of central China's Hubei Province, and Istanbul, Rangoon as well as Mandalay.

On May 29, China Southern Airlines opened a direct air route linking Wuhan with Istanbul in Turkey, and China Eastern Airlines launched a direct flight linking Wuhan with Rangoon in Myanmar.

The third flight will be launched on May 31 linking Wuhan with Mandalay in Myanmar, operated by China Eastern Airlines.

China Southern Airlines is expected to open an air route linking Wuhan and New York in July. And the all-cargo flight linking Wuhan with India will be resumed in the second half of 2019, along with the launching of Wuhan-Iceland direct air route.
