2018 World Robot Contest Finals kicks off in Wuhan

2018 World Robot Contest Finals · RoboCom International Open is scheduled from July 26th through 29th, in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, with nearly 5,000 contestants and 1,200 teams from more than 10 countries like Israel, Russia and Australia competing together.

This year’s World Robot Contest Finals is a mixer of RoboCom International Open, international entrepreneurship competition finals for high-end talents and an academician forum.

Directed by academicians and experts from the top universities in the country, the four-day event highlights the robot contest for students, international entrepreneurship activities and industry agglomeration, intending to provide an interactive platform for the youngsters around the world and a channel for talents introducing.

Focused on robots and artificial intelligence technology, the robot contest is organized facing students from the world’s top 100 universities and colleges and elites from world’s top 500 companies. It strives to attract exceptional people and teams to start up in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone as well as to bring in advanced technologies and entrepreneurship programs to help the establishment of scientific and technological innovation highland in the zone.
