10 foreign experts win 2015 Hubei “Chime Bell Award”

The 2015 Hubei National Day Reception was held on Sept. 28 in Wuhan, capital of central China’s Hubei Province, to celebrate the 66th anniversary of the founding of PRC.

Wang Guosheng, governor of central China’s Hubei Province, presented awards to 10 “Chime Bell Award” winners.

10 excellent foreign experts who worked in Hubei and made great contributions to Hubei’s social and economic development were honored the 2015 Hubei “Chime Bell Award”. They are Patrick Labilloy, Didier Mayer, Tsunoda Masakazu, Victor Chikhotkin, Toshio Nakashima, Fu Xiang-dong, Tara Lynn Young, Edward Andrew Mortenson, Mauro Afonso Dos Santos and Barbara Ann Piscitelli.

Consul general of U.S., France, South Korea and Britain in Wuhan, as well as representatives of foreign experts working in Hubei, foreign institutions in Hubei and foreign enterprises, foreign experts of the “Recruitment Program of Global Experts”, representatives of overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots attended the National Day Reception and awarding ceremony.
